Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 30/10/2026

1. About these Terms

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of CouponBell UK at https://www.couponbell.com/uk/ (the “Website”). In these Terms, “CouponBell UK”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Website, and “you” means anyone who uses it. The Website is operated by CouponBell, 555 8th Ave. Suite 401, New York, NY 10018, United States. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website.

2. What CouponBell UK does

CouponBell UK is a free website that lists voucher codes, discount codes and deals offered by third-party shops, travel companies and service providers (“retailers”). We are not a retailer: we don’t sell products or services, take payments or deliver orders.

3. Voucher codes and third-party retailers

  • Voucher codes and deals are created and controlled by the retailers. They may expire, change or be withdrawn at any time, may apply only to selected products or need a minimum spend, and may not be available in the UK.
  • Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the retailer, on the retailer’s terms. Questions about prices, delivery, returns, refunds and faulty goods should go to the retailer, and your consumer rights for that purchase are against the retailer.
  • Prices and offers can be shown in currencies other than pounds sterling (£). Always check the final price, currency, delivery charges and any import charges on the retailer’s website before you pay.
  • We try to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee that every code will work or that every offer is still available.

4. Links to other websites

The Website contains links to retailers and other third-party websites. Some are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you make a purchase (see our affiliate disclosure). We don’t control these websites and aren’t responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. Please read their terms and privacy policies before you use them.

5. Using the Website

You may use the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not misuse it, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access to it, introducing viruses or other harmful material, scraping or copying its content in bulk, or using it in any way that breaks the law. We may suspend or restrict access to the Website, or remove any content, at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The design, text and other content of the Website belong to us or are used with permission. Retailers’ names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse our content except as allowed by law.

7. Our responsibility to you

The Website is provided free of charge and “as is”. We are not responsible for retailers’ products, services, prices, offers or conduct, or for any loss that arises from a purchase you make from a retailer. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

8. Your statutory rights (UK consumers)

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the consumer protection provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

9. Sanctions

You must not use the Website if you are subject to UK sanctions.

10. Changes to the Website and to these Terms

We may update the Website and change these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last updated. The version in force when you use the Website applies to that use.

11. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, and if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

12. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.
