About these Terms

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of CouponBell Canada at https://www.couponbell.com/ca/ (the “Website”). In these Terms, “CouponBell Canada”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Website, and “you” means anyone who uses it. CouponBell Canada is operated by CouponBell, 555 8th Ave. Suite 401, New York, NY 10018, United States. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website.

2. What CouponBell Canada does

CouponBell Canada is a free website that lists coupon codes, promo codes and deals offered by third-party stores, travel companies and service providers (“retailers”). We are not a retailer: we don’t sell products or services, take payments or ship orders.

3. Coupon codes and third-party retailers

Coupon codes and deals are created and controlled by the retailers. They may expire, change or be withdrawn at any time, may apply only to selected products or need a minimum spend, and may not be available in Canada.

Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the retailer, on the retailer’s terms. Questions about prices, shipping, returns, refunds and warranties should go to the retailer.

Prices and offers may be shown in currencies other than Canadian dollars. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees on orders shipped from outside Canada are your responsibility unless the retailer collects them at checkout. Always check the final price on the retailer’s website before you pay.

We try to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee that every code will work or that every offer is still available.

4. Links to other websites

The Website contains links to retailers and other third-party websites. Some are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you make a purchase (see our affiliate disclosure). We don’t control these websites and aren’t responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices.

5. Using the Website

You may use the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not misuse it, for example by trying to gain unauthorized access to it, introducing viruses or other harmful material, scraping or copying its content in bulk, or using it in any way that breaks the law. We may suspend or restrict access to the Website, or remove any content, at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The design, text and other content of the Website belong to us or are used with permission. Retailers’ names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse our content except as allowed by law.

7. Limitation of liability

The Website is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for retailers’ products, services, prices, offers or conduct, or for any loss that arises from a purchase you make from a retailer.

8. Your rights as a consumer in Canada

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. If you live in Quebec, provisions of these Terms that are not permitted under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act do not apply to you.

9. Sanctions

You must not use the Website if you are subject to sanctions under Canadian law, including the Special Economic Measures Act.

10. Changes to the Website and to these Terms

We may update the Website and change these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last updated.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your province or territory of residence.

12. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.

13. Contact us

If you have any questions about these Terms, email contact@couponbell.com or use our contact form.
